# Bulk checks and API — ea-qld

> Check a list of EA references against the Queensland register, watch them for status change, or query it programmatically.

## Bulk checks, watching and API

The pages here are free. What is not free is doing this for every contractor in a prequalification list, and noticing the one whose authority was cancelled last quarter.

### Who does this at volume

- **Principals and prequalification teams.** An EA reference on
a tender response is checked once, at tender. 45.7% of this register
is no longer in effect — the check has to be repeated, not filed.
- **Waste producers.** ERA 57 (Regulated Waste Transport) and
ERA 62 (Resource recovery and transfer facility) are the authorities behind the
duty of care: handing regulated waste to someone whose authority has lapsed is
the producer's problem too.
- **Lenders, insurers and acquirers**, for whom a surrendered
authority with outstanding rehabilitation obligations is a liability that
survives the permit.

### What we can do on your list

- **Resolve a list.** Send EA references or holder names; get
back a CSV with status, industry, every ERA code the authority covers, the
condition type and the effective date.
- **Watch a list.** Give us your contractors; we compare each
collection with the last and tell you what moved — granted to suspended,
suspended to cancelled, or gone.
- **Query it.** A JSON endpoint by EA reference, to put the
check inside your own onboarding.

Priced case by case. Say what you need and we answer with a figure and a
sample against your own data.

### Tell us what you need to check

Describe the list or the watch. We reply with a sample run against your own data, and a price. No payment is taken on this site.

Every request is answered by hand. Your details are used to reply and nothing else — see the [privacy page](/privacy.md).

Want the register as a dataset instead? [The prepared datasets, with prices](/data.md).
